Since 1993 we support individuals with mental or psychological disabilities in Brandenburg with a broad living and support offer. Both intensive support around the clock is possible, as well as support for living in one's own dwelling. In addition we have dwellings, living and common households and outpatient assistance within one's own four walls. Flexible transitions between the housing forms are possible. New service forms and individual solutions are jointly conceived with the interested parties.

Incidentally: we gladly also adapt our services to the limitations of a personal budget.

The Fliedner facilities are in part newly built, in part lovingly and fundamentally renovated. All locations – in the heart of the state capital Potsdam, in the rich tradition of the Babelsberg part of town near the town centre, or in Langen, a small town in the Ruppiner Land some 60 km distant from Potsdam and Berlin – have their own profile and offer special possibilities.
At seven locations with 110 employees, the foundation currently supports about 160 people with mental and psychological handicaps. It was founded 1991 as a non-profit limited liability company (gGmbH) and independent subsidiary of the Theodor Fliedner Stiftung (Mülheim an the Ruhr).
