20 living units have been built in the immediate vicinity to the "Village" and are surrounded by a nature preserve. They form an estate complex embedded in the landscape of one-story "row houses" in three components together with the half-timbered cottages that are a protected architectural landmark.

While the estate together with the multipurpose room in the half-timbered cottages form the community area, the rear terrace, facing the landscape, offers residents a place to withdraw. The living units are accessible from the Lintorfer Straße. Living areas with kitchen are oriented to the courtyard, sleeping rooms are arranged to the back.

There are three dwelling types:

  Type A: 2-room dwellings with ca. 60 m² 

  Type B: 3-room dwellings with ca. 75 m² 

  Type C: 2-room dwellings with ca. 55 m²
