To be able to live self-determined in one's in the privacy of one’s home as long as possible is not only the desire of many elderly people. Everybody desires it – whether young or old, sick or healthy, whether with or without disability. Sometimes, however, the daily home routine can no longer be mastered alone. Then rapid and professional help is necessary.

fliedner ambulant is an outpatient care service for the cities of Mülheim, Duisburg and Ratingen. We offer those who need it high-quality medical care, helping them to arrange their daily routine in their usual manner and surroundings. 365 days a year. A main focus of our work and competence lies in the medical care of individuals with psychogeriatric disorders (including all forms of dementia), people with mental and physical impairments as well as those with psychological disorders.

We care for, accompany and advise according to your individual desire and needs. The type and scope of our aid depend entirely on the degree of care and help needed. A team of examined health, domestic, caretaking and nursing personnel guarantees the high standard of care and assistance that is needed.
