Building form
Haus Bethesda, the previous administration building of the Fliedner Hospital in the architectural style of the 19th century, was completely gutted inside and completely rebuilt with a new interior design. Three house communities have space here: twelve residents on the ground floor (8 SR/2 DR), ten residents on the 1st floor (6 SR/2 DR), and eight residents (8 SR) on the 2nd floor. Every room, which can be furnished with own furniture and personal objects, has a small bathroom with shower and WC. A wellness bath is located on the upper floor. All stories are served by an elevator.
A new construction on two stories is being built for the two other house communities with twelve and ten residents. Both buildings are only a few meters apart from one another. The quadratic new construction is built in pavilion style. The ground floor contains a green inner courtyard with windows to the inside room. Around the inner courtyard on the ground floor there are twelve single rooms and function rooms, on the 1st floor ten single rooms as well as another wellness bath. The rooms can be furnished with own furniture and personal objects.
