Training

We live in a so-called "knowledge society"; never has it been so easy to retrieve information. However: knowledge is one thing, experience is another. Experience is something that includes dealings with individuals, and indispensible, as is the case at the Theodor Fliedner Stiftung, if people are in the centre of all activity. Communicating this experience is the declared goal of every extended and further training measures, be it in the fields of nursing, social work or scholarship.
